Recognized for informed, deliberate and imaginative thinking with comprehensive experience in: Brand Identity Design and Visual User Interface, Print Productions, Industrial Photography, Films, Requirements Assessment Methodology, Team Mentoring, Project and Client Relationship Management; he is also well-known for his thinking beyond design.

Diverse background and industry experience includes extensive knowledge of human psychology, the science of being, Universal laws of nature, the Internet, business start-up and expansion, and smooth integration of emerging technologies.

Results-oriented thinker with a wide range of projects completed for clients of varying shapes and sizes. He has worked with people from several different nationalities including Lebanese, Jordanian, Palestinian, Egyptian, Saudi, African, Jew, American, British, Filipino, Bangladeshi, and Pakistani.

As a CEO of Sushil Shandilya Consulting (http://ssc-global.com); since 1997, he has been involved in providing design & creative solutions in print, web, multimedia, films and industrial photography to over 150 corporate clients in India and abroad.

With splendid powers of organization, capable of taking charge of things, he is very ambitious, energetic, efficient and capable of judging people and situations with a fair mind. Has a natural ability to judge character, a philosophical turn of mind and wonderful powers of self-control.

Being highly persuasive in nature, he can impact greatly on others, even to take groups and organizations to a whole new level. Not only good at convincing others but also at initiating actions.
