Corporate Brochure: Tekstrom

We received just a two-line brief from Delaware. “Need Corporate Profile designed. Tekstrom is a full service IT development and consulting company based in Dover, Delaware with an office in India”

 

How we designed our solution?

  • We asked the client to send more details and names of their competitors.
  • All we received was “We work in the area of Project Assessment, planning and Design, Project management, Implementation, Enhancement and support Services, Customized Training. Partial list of client: Agilent Technologies, Comsys, Darwin Partners, Ernst & Young Cap Gemeni”

  • Armed with this info, we researched through Internet and wrote the content for the brochure. The content was organized in 4 single sheet mailers as follows:
    • Main folder back page having “10 good reasons to try Tekstrom…”
    • Corporate information like brief introduction about the company, mission statement, services offered, methodologies and delivery models, typical work distribution, clients and contact info.
    • Other 3 leaflets single page information on Networking, ERP, OSS, DBA, SQA and e-learning business solution.
 
  • The content was finalized quickly with very minimal changes. We found appropriate images to suit each of the areas. Converted them into high resolution suitable for print media. Used multiple images to illustrate the point.
  • Main folder design: The background image shows the person working on computer keyboard (to symbolize IT industry).
We used corrugated effect for this image to add DESIGNER effect. Also it goes well with the Tekstrom logo. We felt it was more appropriate to use set of images to illustrate the diverse activities of the company rather than making a collage.

  • All inside pages carry the same layout.
  • Front side has Logo on the top left and Headline on the right side. Followed by set of images illustrating the topic and the respective content in two columns. Each leaflet also has appropriate background image with company motto “Client Dedicated.”
  • Rear side also has same layour except logo on the top. At the bottom we have contact information.
 
We designed and delivered 500 copies of this brochure, each costing Rs. 110/- all-inclusive. As a result of this job, we were asked to redesign their web site too.
