Methodology adopted while developing the web site

• We had seven sessions of one day each with each of the department heads who explained us in detail about their work. We took lots of notes, studied the 36 page document, as if we were to appear for exam, read through their existing web site thoroughly, visited their competitors sites and studied them thoroughly.
• Then we re-wrote the content. Getting the copy approved was a marathon exercise. We used “Plain facts” style of language throughout.
• In the home page top animation shows different areas in which Secon operates. The left column has navigation buttons for Design consultancy and engineering services. The right most column has navigational buttons for Investigation and services. The middle column has an introduction about secon surveys which leads to a more detailed information about the company. The box item tells about the facilities and the infrastructure.
